We locate individuals to notify them about mortgage foreclosure sale proceeds that are due to them.
We notify entitled individuals in a reasonable time to claim and collect their portion of the sale proceeds.
We provide entitled individuals with the proper forms and instructions to submit their claim through Discovery Excess Financial Services to ensure submission to the proper department.
We submit the claim on behalf of the Claimant and disburse collected funds to the entitled individual or individuals.
We get paid when the claim is paid. Our clients pay no upfront fees.
